Own particular playable spaces and placed events under Level Design and applicable fictional, game and narrative constraints.

LevelsLayout, routes, entries/exits, landmarks, objectives, pacing and placements.Fictional location, supported traversal/actions, relevant quests, encounters and visual cues.
EncountersFight, puzzle, conversation or set piece; participants, staging, triggers and outcomes.Actors, actions, local conditions and location/level when spatial.

A location is a fictional entity; a level is its playable treatment. A conversation encounter need not have traversal geometry. Start a blockout or paper walkthrough with placeholders after relevant capabilities exist. Finalization resolves participants, discovery and state, then checks playable staging. Observed constraints feed back to Core explicitly.

Check: Can the player reach and understand required options, learn essential information, and experience supported outcomes? Do not claim a paper review is evidence of an implemented playtest.
